Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the kuchlimdm.com website and the early access request form. It does not describe the data practices of the KuchliMDM product itself, which is still in development. Product data practices will be documented separately before the platform becomes generally available.

This website does not currently have a backend, and the early access form does not store or transmit data to us on its own. Instead, submitting the form opens your own email application with a prefilled message to developer@kuchli.com. No message is sent until you choose to send it from your email app.

When you email us, we receive the details you include — such as your name, email address, organization, approximate fleet size, and your message. We may also collect basic, standard technical information (such as general analytics) to operate and improve the website.

We use information you provide to:

• Respond to early access requests and inquiries.
• Share updates about KuchliMDM when you ask us to.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the website, and where required by law. Any such providers are expected to handle information consistent with this policy.

We retain contact information only as long as needed to respond to your request and provide updates you've asked for, unless a longer period is required by law.

You may ask us to update or delete the contact information you have shared, or to stop contacting you, by emailing developer@kuchli.com.

As KuchliMDM develops, we may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
